Welcome! This is one of a few blogs I have.
I use it to post stuff that I might write, find interest in on an ad-hoc basis. I don't usually blog on the fly nor even every day.
As you can tell from the posts here, wit, humour and parody are a huge part of me.
It is good to laugh at ourselves once in a while.
About me:
I've been in R&D Engineering, Factory New Product, Tech Journalism, Int'l PR, Agency Advertising, Start-Up, and Education for over 20 years, including many consulting projects, so that gives me a unique perspective on many things. My hobby interests are in areas of Product Design and Graphical Design. I like inventing stuff and celebrating neat inventions and innovations. And yes, I enjoy sci-fi a lot and was past president of a sci-fi association once. Sci-fi & Fantasy. The worlds of possibility and probability. In Fantasy, you'll find parodies more often, which is always a pleasure to read. Folks like Rankin, Pratchett, etc; dry humour authors like Dave Barry, Bill Bryson and Scott Adams; the folks behind Mad Magazine....and so forth. Well, you get the picture. So, welcome again and enjoy. :-D

Note: Because of the passing of Lee Kuan Yew, the country's former PM, on 23 March 2015, I've included some articles from the newspapers that discuss his legacy. Much is misunderstood. If you have lived in Singapore, you'll know what the man and his fellow men have visioned and achieved. He is truly one unique individual and many of the world's civil servants can learn from his example.
